In my uncle's garden

Not much news for today. We saw X2, which was good but I'm not sure I liked it as much as the last one; I liked the last one because I really liked the characters, but they didn't focus on the characters much in X2. But I'm still glad we saw it.

After the movie we came home but I was feeling cranky and restless, so I did a couple of chores and then we went for a walk -- we walked up to Manor, then over to Mount Pleasant (stopping to buy cat food and books), then back along Millwood and home. It wasn't a long walk, but we went pretty fast and it was more exercise than I'd had in a while. I was getting contractions while we walked, but they were mostly not painful -- I felt a little crampy towards the end, but once we got home and settled down they went away.

I brought a bunch of stuff home from the office last night -- my good pens, a picture of Blake. The only things left are my Pilot cradle and a sweater. Unbeknownst to me, Blake had done the same thing -- he brought home his headphones, his office shoes, and some other stuff. I wonder if we've jinxed it, between us, and we'll be going to work as usual Monday morning.

Tomorrow we have to go grocery shopping, I have to vacuum, Blake is going to clean the bathrooms and I'll probably do the kitchen and finish up the laundry. At 4:00 we're going to my choir's concert. I hope I'll be able to get a nap in there, but I suspect I won't -- I'll try and sleep in a little, though.
